Equipment Warranty

Pool Equipment Pump and Filter parts and labor	One (1) year
In-Line Feeder parts and labor	One (1) year
Pool Cleaner parts and labor	One (1) year
Heat Pump parts and labor	Three (3) years
Gas Heater parts and labor	Five (5) years

Construction Warranty Program

Interior	Five (5) years against delamination Note: Water chemistry can cause problems and may be an outcome if pool is not properly taken care of.
Paver Deck	One (1) year material and workmanship
Concrete Deck	One (1) year material and workmanship Exclusion: Hairline fractures, chipping texture or pooling, furniture movement and gas grills
Tile	One (1) year material and workmanship
Plumbing	One (1) year material and workmanship

Note: Equipment that is run dry, may cause plumbing leaks and defects in the pump and filter. This may cause exclusion by the manufacturer and will not be covered.
