Peter Stern has been building residential and commercial projects for over 30 years. His father and grandfather taught him the art of construction from the ground up. They taught him that quality and pride of ownership are an integral part of every project. Peter has taken those lessons and built upon them to ensure that every customer is satisfied, no matter how big or small the project.
In his extensive carrier, Peter has completed numerous projects in Alabama, Georgia and Florida that include single-family track housing, custom residences and renovations. He has also been instrumental in helping to develop commercial projects that include multi-family town homes, office buildings, nursing homes, condominiums. He is currently the featured builder at Cypress Pointe and River Pines Estates.
In addition, Peter is a founding member of Imagine Builders Group, which consists of Imagine Development Corp. and Imagine Pools, LLC. He currently holds certified construction licenses in the States of Alabama and Florida.
Wesley Wigginton has over 26 years of development experience covering commercial and residential development. His depth of knowledge encompasses land pursuit and entitlement, navigating and negotiating with governmental agencies, commercial construction, tenant finish-out, project management, production and custom residential construction, along with pool construction.
Wesley’s Commercial & Retail experience includes Project Management and oversight of the following projects: Gateway Shopping Center, Wholefoods, Container Store, REI, Samual’s Jewelry, Smith & Hawkin’s, and a Firestone Tire Center. Additionally, Wesley has personally been responsible for developing, managing and completing over $20 million dollars’ in Commercial/Retail projects.
Currently, Wesley, is a principal partner with Imagine Builders Group, which includes Imagine Pools, LLC, where he’s a Managing Member. Wes holds both a Certified General Contractor license and a Certified Commercial Pool Contractor license in the State of Florida. Additionally, Wesley is a Managing Member of a Private Development Firm with residential projects located in Texas, Florida and North Carolina.
